New-fashioned units for bulky equipment and very-very nice staff. Marvellous and excellent location to the guest rest area, traditional style building. And next to slopes, the ski areas and Lake Annecy and less than 30 minutes away from Lake Annecy.

The staff was really helpful and the restaurant served outstanding meals. Neat & warm rooms with comfortable bed and a good bathroom plus bulky equipment. Location just off the centre as well as La Clusaz, Manigod and Grand Bornand. Also, close to several ski resorts;)))

Clean hotel in an extremely clean building so close to the centre of Thones, less than 30 minutes away from Lake Annecy, the center, and the ski areas. Fresh food for great breakfast for all nationalities. Great and magnificent location close to the bus station where you can get shuttles to the different ski stations, easy to get around.

The hotel was located really close to the centre of Thones, less than 30 minutes away from Lake Annecy, La Clusaz and Grand Bornand and the restaurant. The excellent and affable staff helped us during visit. They gave us big double room with comfortable bed. Really enjoyed lovely food in the restaurant. The location right in the center yet rather quiet was amazing and perfect for us.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was absolutely fantastic, right in the center yet rather quiet. It was also conveniently close to the bus station where you can get shuttles to the different ski stations. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with the added bonus of air conditioning and a small balcony that looked out onto the charming little street.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any faults.

The parking near the hotel is small and finding a spot can be challenging, especially for guests who are not familiar with the area.

Perfect for a city break! The hotel is right in the middle of town, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. Parking was also convenient, a big plus. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant served excellent food, definitely worth trying. And the breakfast was great too, getting your day started on the right foot.

That the rooms were a bit small and outdated. But, for a short stay, they were perfectly adequate.

Great value for money with a cute, recently renovated room and a comfortable bed. The hotel's central location made it easy to access, yet it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were very nice and even provided parking space for our motorbike.
